Our leasing system is designed to be transparent, efficient, and supportive, operating on a first-come, first-served basis with clear expectations and timely communication.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I begin the rental process?

    In the state of Washington, you must tour the property before applying or signing a lease.


    To get started:


    1. Use the contact information on the property listing
    2. Or visit our website and submit an inquiry through the Property Inquiry/Schedule Tour page.
  • Is it first come, first served?

    We operate on a first-come, first served basis on applications received after a showing has been completed.

  • What should I include in my application?

    Along with the required documents, please provide detailed information about:


    • Your desired move-in date
    • Number of occupants
    • Any other relevant details to help us assess your application
    • Government-issued Photo ID & SSN
    • Two recent paystubs or other verifiable income records
    • Two years of rental history

    The more complete your application, the better visibility we have to approve you quickly!

  • When is the deposit due?

    Once your application is approved, the security deposit (equal to one month's rent) is due immediately to secure the property and move forward with lease paperwork.


    Your first month’s rent will be due on the 1st of the month.

  • What needs to be set up before move-in?

    Before or upon your move-in date, please ensure the following are completed:


    • Create an AppFolio Tenant Portal account- this is where rent and charges will be posted
    • Set up utility services:
    • Seattle City Light (Electric)
    • Puget Sound Energy (Gas)
    • Submit required forms:
    • Unit Condition Report (via RentCheck)
    • Smoke/CO Detection Form
