How do I get started on an Apple rental application?

• Contact a leasing agent for more information about our rental properties.
• Download a Rental Application Form.
• Our application fee is $38 per person, $45 for married couples and $14 per co-signer.
• Some properties allow pets. Our Pet Deposit fees are $200 for a dog & $100 for a cat.
• All leases are for a period of one year, unless otherwise noted.
• We encourage you to drive by and take a look at our APM rental locations that interest you.
