Apple Property Management has been serving the Queen Anne, Ballard, Magnolia and greater Seattle community for over 30 years. Located on the west slope of Queen Anne right on 15th Ave W, we specialize in residential single and multi- family homes as well as condominium associations.

- Renters: We want you to find the home that's right for you. Our knowledgable staff are around 7 days a week to show homes and We will only find and offer you homes with your particular needs in mind.
- Lease Rentals: We can find the right tenant for your property using our advertising tools, referal network and credit scoring company then you take over and manage the rest.
